I have always been a rule follower and never been in any sort of trouble before. I never in a million years thought I would end up being arrested for DUI, but one lapse in judgment and it happened. Being arrested was one of the most humiliating and humbling experiences I have ever been through. I was terrified and had no clue what was going on. What I did know was that going through the process alone was a sure-fire way to end up with a DUI conviction on my record.
I did a ton of research and decided to call Thomas, Webb & Willis. I scheduled a free consultation with Lee Webb the next morning. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt a sense of relief. I was embarrassed that I was in this situation, but Lee treated me with such respect and held my hand from the very beginning. It was comforting to know I could call or email whenever I had a question and I always got an answer. My case kept getting pushed out by the court, but after almost 3 long years, Lee got my case dismissed and I couldn’t be happier.
What I have learned through this experience is that if I can get arrested for DUI, it can happen to anyone. A lapse in judgment does not make you a bad person and you absolutely deserve (and have the right) to be represented by someone who knows what they are doing. I have no doubt that without Lee, I would have lost my license and had a DUI on my record.
Are there cheaper attorneys out there? Sure. But Lee is worth every penny and a DUI conviction is going to cost you so much more by the time it’s all said and done. If you ever find yourself in need of an attorney, I strongly suggest you call Lee. Even if you think it’s an open and shut case for the state, so many things can change the outcome of your specific case. Give yourself the best chance. The ramifications of having a DUI conviction can touch so many facets of your life. Don’t go it alone. Call Thomas, Webb & Willis.
Thank you so much!
Lee, I wanted to thank you very much for giving me through these past 9 months during my case. Every correspondence or instruction that you have to me was presented both professionally and with kindness, therefore I was able to do what was required of me with confidence.
I learned a valuable lesson that I will never forget. You both should be very proud because you are an invaluable service to people like me that have the need for your services.
I cannot thank you enough. May your law firm prosper.
Extremely Professional Attorney
My wife and I wish to express our sincere thanks to you for your work representing our son. Your candor and professionalism are greatly appreciated. Although our son must live with the consequences of his conduct, we truly believe that your advice and how you handled the case helped mitigate the outcome. Our so realizes, as we do, that the results could have been much worse without your counsel and advice.
Finally, although my practice focuses on construction, I frequently receive requests for referrals and DUI lawyers (I represent a lot of contractors). When the situation arises, I will not hesitate to recommend your services.
I Couldn’t Have Asked for a Better Outcome
I just saw an article written by someone in your firm and it reminded me to tell you that shortly after you obtained a dismissal of my case, the GA bar granted my fitness application and released my bar results from last year. I passed, and have been a fully practicing members since October. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome, and really appreciate all your help.
Thanks, and have a Merry Christmas,
